DiveQuest at EPCOT

Disney's DiveQuest available at EPCOT

Here are my pictures from my DiveQuest experience at EPCOT's living Seas.
They do provide a two hour tour prior to a 40 min dive session.
Great behind the scenes information regarding their manatees, maintenance, dolphins and marine life within tank. We got to watch the Manatees for a good bit too (close up) while gaining the info from the tour.
Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided hair band since I managed to forget mine. They also provided a free bag since I also forgot that to put my wet suit in. They had dryers for clothing items that I managed to completely overlook. I was just too excited to actually pay attention to my surroundings!
By far the best tour I've had at Disney.
You do need to be PADI certified to partake in.
The cost is $179.00 per person. Must be 10 years of age or older.
The tours are only provided in the early evenings. Total time is approximately 4 hours. Arriving 30 min early, 3 hour tour and then showering/dressing post.
Yes they do have full showers, lockers, hair products, blow dryer to get cleaned back up with.

Wetsuit and all equipment is provided for you. You can use your own goggles however.
The pictures do not do this justice!
The sand tiger sharks are 9'
The sea turtles are gigantic. Size of large table.
It was fantastic to be in there, have a ray come up directly beside you or a shark directly under you.
I also LOVED waving to the sweet kids viewing the aquarium from observation levels or to the ones at The Coral Reef restaurant.
This memory will last a lifetime!

The Tour also provides a free T-shirt, A dive time (card) to log for your PADI records and you can buy a DVD of the Dive if you would like.

It is amazing to know the Spaceship Earth ( The big EPCOT ball) Can actually fully fit inside the Aquarium!!

Since PADI never expires, I do recommend taking refresher courses if you have not dived in a while. It never hurts to get reacquainted with the equipment and remember your dive techniques that help especially with equalizing.
