Disney Boat transportation and rental information by Dealing with Disney

Image
Let's talk about dealing with the Disney Boats! Not the cruises but all the boat options available at Walt Disney World. Never underestimate the convenience of using Disney's Boats for transportation. They usually cycle 15-30 minutes similar to busses. Never crowded that I have witnessed. These are the resorts that offer Boat transportations to Magic Kingdom Wilderness Lodge Polynesian Grand Floridian Fort Wilderness Campgrounds One thing I have always loved when staying at these resorts after leaving a park is seeing the very short walking distance to the boat docks without hardly any line, if any at all, and just sitting, relaxing as we ride through the calm waters. These are the resorts that offer Boat Transportation to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios Boardwalk Inn Yacht Club Beach Club Swan & Dolphin Keep n mind, the boats will make stops at each location for pick up and drop so they aren't necessarily quicker always but they are MUCH easier and more relaxi

A Pirate's Adventure located in Magic Kingdom of Disney World.

The Pirate's Adventure Treasures of the Seven Seas My Review of located in Magic Kingdom is a delight for the playful guests! To play, simply go over to Adventureland, there is a little stop (The Crow's Nest) sits on the left (if coming in counter clockwise~ almost where Adventureland meets Frontierland) is where you can begin the adventures.  Enter the building, you will see monitors. You can start by following prompts on the screen. When it refers to your talisman, it is meaning your magic band or park ticket. You will be assigned one out of the five available adventures.  Once you complete one, go back to the main center to continue your mission to complete all 5.  In the end, after the  final mission, you will receive a 'prize' which is free fast pass to The Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.  Don't worry if you feel you missed something, there is an attendant manning the kiosk to always assist.    They are pretty cute and simple tasks to find with

Packing List for trips

Image
As I am anxiously getting my traveling gear together, I have a check list that helps. My cruise is around the corner, I am getting SOOOO excited! Of course, each person can have their own preferred list. I wanted to share mine. I am slowly obtaining/purchasing things in advance so not all at once in order to budget better. Nothing worse than spending a TON of money for 'not so much' fun things prior, UNLESS it is road snacks!! Am I right???? I already bought new sunscreen weeks ago. I bought new swimsuit cover ups! Stores release many swimsuit/summer gear because they know cruises start kicking up in February. There is a reason for it after all!! I checked the swim suits and do need to buy a new one. I like to take at least two for a cruise trip. One can dry for a day. HATE putting on a cold wet suit. Yuck! I did end up having to purchase a new underwater camera. My old one had a few too many drops.. oopsie! At least they have come way down in price. You can get a d

POPCORN at DIsney!

Image
National Popcorn day is January 19th!!! SO go get your popcorn on!!! Popcorn at Disney, it is a must. The tantalizing aroma sucks you in. Perfect to snack on throughout the day! Popcorn is more than just 'popcorn' while at the parks. IT has become a very popular way of also obtaining a cool and handy souvenir bucket! Not just buckets either!! Trust me, they have some pretty crazy and fun designs depending on which bucket you go with!  I personally may be addicted to them. ugh! another thing to collect.. It could be worse! At least it is reasonable priced and you still get popcorn! You can buy a regular carton of popcorn for about $5 OR a Disney themed refillable souvenir bucket for around $12. These are cylinder shaped. Hold quite a bit. Come with a pretty air tight lid and handy handle. The refill cost is $2. currently.. Not bad! The theming wrap typically is changed with the seasons. TIP: get a 'D' clasp ring --fairly big enough to either clip to you

Bon Voyage Breakfast Review

Image
Let’s discuss the Bon Voyage breakfast available at Trattoria al Forna located on the Boardwalk by Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Resort. It’s a must!! It is a set pri ced meal, $34. per adult (10&+) Child meals $8.00 The seating was a bit slow which was fine since we had to wait for character rotation anyway. Many open tables when we sat but they had many people waiting for their tables. This is considered a character meal. You get to meet Prince Eric and Ariel as well as Rapunzel and Flynn. They do not sign autographs. We were immediately given a card with pre-printed autographs. Honestly, any time I get these, they go right in the trash. You could take a picture of them and add it into a photo character book to be made through Shutterfly or another print service site preferred. I would have asked if they would sign anyway but since I forgot my autograph book, I thought it may not be good timing. We drove over to the Boardwalk from home resort. We were checking out this day.
