My Disney Experience Quick Service Pre-Order via APP

Quick service, why in the world would you wait in line to order this?

Anyone can pre-order their quick service meals via the My Disney Experience APP and this can save you loads of time and aggravation!

Simply access the APP on your smart phone. From the main menu, select 'order food'
It will prompt you the rest of the way, Not many guests utilize this service which makes it even easier for you!

Make sure to look over it and scroll through your options to confirm order is correct.

I usually pre-order when in line at an attraction, during transportation from one park to another and have even done it while at the quick service location. Once I arrive to quick service location,  I then will find my table. Before the pre-order service, this was always a point of stress. Once guests would get their food, it was always a quest to locate a table. There is nothing worse than stalking other guests while they are eating! Now, it seems the tables are a breeze to find!

I have literally walked past long lines of people waiting to order their food to go pick up my pre-order. The looks I received were not pretty but at the same time that I was cringing and begging for them to understand that I was not cutting, I was also thinking, 'hee hee hee hee'.

A Couple of notes:
Special requests are still not available through APP.
As always, there can be slight glitches!
I ordered a plain hotdog from Casey Jr's. When we picked it up, it was somehow the current special. They quickly changed it out without issue upon pick up. I went back into APP to see the order process. I went through same steps, but I scrolled all the way down to condiments that can be added. Some of these condiments were checked which I would never have imagined or would have seen if I had not scrolled down past the side item options that sit right below the entree order. This is how my order was messed up. I went in again tonight to just look at it and the condiment option was no longer there.. So.. Either they changed it or they offer it only when they are offering a specialty time limited entree.
The point is, always scroll down to make sure you are seeing all options on your order and you have everything you want selected. At least the Disney Cast Members were super nice and quickly resolved it.

You can using a dining plan credit for payment on pre-orders. (when system is working)
Make sure you have a credit card payment form saved under your account for the pre-order payments if NOT using the dining plan.

My favorite Mac & Cheese is at Disney!! The Best!
