Let's get started with the tour shall we?!

The meeting place is the check-in for Tony's Restaurant which is located in Town Hall by the front entrance on Main street.

Here you do sign a waiver!! SHHH super Secret stuff you are about to venture into!
Make sure you are wearing closed toe shoes! Yes, they do check!

We started our Morning off with a Mickey Cinnamon Roll. Large it is! So fresh and yummy!
They also serve coffees, teas and waters here for this. You can sit at a table. Your two designated Tour guides will go over some Disney history as well as some things to expect along the way.

We did arrive on time but were last to arrive in area to select our rolls. They managed to run out of plates and no matter how many times we flashed our VIP lanyards they provided us, it never did assist in making new plates appear for us.. We finally placed our rolls on the napkins and chose a seat..

Once we were done with introductions and our first treat of the rolls, we headed outside and provided ear pieces. (By the way, you can bring your own ear buds to plug in to the device if you would like)

Our first stop was at Casey's Corner. No treat here but more of some back story and history!
Apparently all the food served here is really created at Tomorrowland Terrace and then transferred over by the utilidoors (disney's underground tunnels). The kitchen is more like a prepping station. It is very tiny! They managed to fit 8 castmembers in the tiny prep kitchen where they manage to work harmoniously! We were allowed to walk right through it. Literally 3 steps maybe to make it through!
shocker!

second Stop:
Jungle Navigation Co LTD Skipper Canteen!
Here we were treated to the current spring roll that is sold in Adventureland. The current spring roll for our dates was the Philly Cheesesteak.  (YUMMY)
We also had a Schweitzer Slushy(passion Fruit) with Boba balls. We learned how they are made since it was the head chef hosting us!

On we go!

Third Stop:
Aloha Isle for a tasty Dole whip sample! Gasp, I am not the biggest fan of these!
By the way, they can be pre-ordered from the Disney APP!!
Not only do they go over the snack itself but the location they are served in!

Fourth Stop:
Tortugo Tavern, you know that fun little hidden quick counter location that is only opened during busy seasons!
Here we ate the famous Turkey Leg of Disney. Yes it is a Turkey Leg! We were only provided some meat cut from the turkey leg. You can't eat a full serving of any of these 'tastes' or you would never make it through the tour.

Fifth Stop:
Off to a little popcorn stand next to Liberty Tavern of Liberty Square!
Here we try some POPCORN! We each received our own little cup of the popcorn to enjoy!

Sixth Stop:
Time to go behind stage! Woot Woot!!
We went through secret doors near Pinocchio Village Haus. This led us to back side of Haunted Mansion and Be Our Guest! Here we learn more fun facts about operations and come on, every loves to peak behind the scenes!!!  We came back through near an entrance by Gaston's Tavern. Here were provided 'the gray stuff' A little plastic cup of just the icing and chocolate decorative pieces topped it off! It was yummy. I am not a huge icing person.. so it was ok. Oreo cream cheese type icing. Not overly flavored.

Seventh Stop:
Prince Eric's Market, directly across from Ariel's Grotto you can find the mermaid Donut! Which we were provided an entire donut for each of us. This, I ate ALL. Super fresh super yummy! I was not a huge fan of the chocolate pieces that come on it. The icing was good. It was somewhat rich but i had no problems! I did want some milk however! We were provided bottled waters. Meh -- I took it! haha!

Eighth Stop: On to the Purple Wall!
Here we were all given chances to pose with their cute VIP tour Food Props in front of the Famous Purple Wall. We had lots of fun with this. The guides were helpful in taking pictures for you with your camera.

Ninth and Final Stop!
Tomorrowland Terrace
Here we were sat down and provided a new taste that was in the works to possible serve at the parks.
What we were treated with I am not supposed to talk about. I think I signed something.. darn it!
It could be later available at the parks or it may never make it out of the kitchen. We were able to try it and provide our surveys for it. I liked mine. There were mixed reviews though.

We were given more water bottles here as well!

This concluded our tour! Boo, It flew by! and we were stuffed!!! This tour was just a truly fun experience.
There was 26 of us on this tour. It wasn't overly crowded though. We felt we received proper attention and time with the tour.

I feel it was a great value for what we were provided and all the fun hidden information provided to us!

Read below for some tour tidbits we were provided if you don't mind spoilers!

Disney makes all their own boba balls

Create the flavor mixture
Dropped the mixture ‘drops’
Into zero degrees vegetable oil which creates the shell.

Skipper Canteen Kitchen serves all of adventure land and Frontierland!
They also make all the turkey legs!
Skipper is the trial creation for new recipes

The amount of popcorn Disney uses per year could fill 1.5 Olympic size pools.

60 million meals are made per year at Disney World
Not all are served.
Some goes to coalition for homeless
The Food Waste goes to Center that can convert it for renewable energy that is used as fuel for their buses. If you ride one of their busses, Look up at the advertised signs. This is one of their signs!
Oils used go to energy sources to harvest energy which helps power the park.
Disney is able to minimize their waste and at least utilize the waste that is incurred to turn into a resource they use. Most Eco conscious company I know! I am trying to understand why We society can't do this???

Be our guest is the largest Kitchen at Disney World. It has two stories.
They are also responsible for producing all the pastries served down Main Street as we as the restaurant offerings. The chocolates are all hand painting. Mostly it is a dusting, but still!

Cosmic rays has menu items only available vie the My Disney Experience APP! It is not advertised as should be but it is to help encourage guests to order online!
