A new Mermaid experience available at Disney World Resorts

Guests ages 4 and older can now take a class on How to be a mermaid!
Say, what?!
Yes, it is true. 
Disney is now offering a 1 hour long Mermaid training class at Art of ANimation, Caribbean Beach, Yacht Club and Beach Club resorts. 
The cost is $50. per person plus tax. 

 Each guest will be fitted with a swimmable tale. They will be led through activities to teach them the Mermaid way. 

 Only available for select dates. 
All classes start at 8am
Art of Animation: Sunday & Thursday
Caribbean Beach Club: Wednesday & Friday
Yacht/Beach Club: Tuesday & Saturday 

 You do not need to know how to swim to partake in activity, life vests will still be available for all guests. 

 The tale is not to keep. You can purchase a fin however after the class. 

 Also, weather permitting as always for water activities.

 Bookings for the events will start Mid March.

virtual Run Disney review from Dealing with Disney

I decided to finally see what the virtual Disney Runs were all about. A friend of mine told me she signed up. She wanted to keep her momentum going which inspired me to look into as well. I have learned to love the Run Disney events. It appears they offer seasonal Virtual events options from the Run Disney website. (see link HERE ) There were 3 races available to choose from or a full circuit registration containing all 3 races. This came with a bonus medal as well.  Each event was $45.00 and the combined package was $145.00. This was more $$ obviously but ok, I can see they have added in the cost of the extra medal you earn. What does this get me or should I say, what do I get out of this event? I can see the Disney love of just doing it for Disney,  doing it for the medal or doing it to keep momentum of working towards goals. The Garden Grill 2020 experience

 I have always loved the Garden Grill restaurant located in EPCOT.  The food has NEVER disappointed.  The rotating dining room is such a peaceful addition to your setting.  One care barely tell it rotates, it is so slow.  I am pretty positive it takes a full hour to make a full rotation  As it rotates you can get some over view of the Living with the Land Attraction which I absolutely love.  Many of the fresh garden items are harvested directly from that garden (Living with the Land Attraction) .  They serve breakfast lunch and dinner but currently it is only lunch and dinner. Hopefully full operations will be back up and running.  Garden Grill is a set menu all you can eat family style meal. This location offers characters; Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale however they are not interacting right now.
