Universal Studios refillable mugs

If Universal Studio Parks can offer a refillable mug, why can't Disney?!

We loved the refillable mugs available at Universal.
We had a party of 6 people in our group. We bought 3 mugs to share between us! (We don't mind sharing!) The mugs are a pretty decent size and somewhat insulated. They come with a lid and straw as well. The mugs are bigger than Disney's!

The mugs are $14.99 each BUT the price per mug decreases if you buy multiple mugs!
You can refill the mugs all day!
They have several Free Style Coke Machines. These machines offer many flavor options. I personally hate them, I feel the syrups mix and alters the taste. I refuse to use them. If you would rather NOT use a free style machine, just go to any drink or restaurant that offers drinks and they can refill it for you. Funny thing about the free style machines seemed to be more crowded then the drink/snack kiosks that could also provide the refill.
If you plan to attend the parks more than one day, you can extend the mug refill option for $8.99

SOOOO, I brought our mugs back the next day but didn't pay for the extended. When I went to get a refill -I expected to pay for the service. I never was asked to pay and all day received free refills. I don't condone it but at the same time, if they are not asking, I will go along with it.

Souvenir refillable mugs are also available! They range from Minions, Homer Head, Simpson's Classic Donut, Transformer and many more! They are really cute and can make great souvenirs.
These are a little bit more. $15.99 each but the refills are not free. You will have to pay .99 cents per refill.

The other great thing about the refillable mugs, some drink choices are ICEES! Talk about YUM!!!

Now, a couple of down sides, you do have to carry them all day.. Ok, it's worth it.
The souvenir mugs are more of a hassle to carry around. No handle on them.
We use ours though at home as a piggy bank!

So come on Disney, step it up!

Disney offers mugs at their water parks and resorts, trying to understand why not the main parks? oh, wait! I know~~~ it's probably about the $$$$$. Just guessing.
