The Edison located at Disney Springs in FL!

UPDATE:

 I have eaten here twice and enjoyed both visits fully!!!

 First, the Edison Burger is TOP NOTCH! Seriously just so meaty and flavorful!  

 Don't worry , the fries are just as yummy! In other words, this is a great place to cheat on your diet! Well worth it!
 We also had the Gooey Grilled Cheese.. Now, keep this in mind.. This is a HUGE serving. It is really not just one sandwich, You get two full sandwiches.. Plenty to share. 

 The next time we went, one of us got the burger and the other got the grilled cheese so we could split the shares. The tomato soup was divine and worked perfect for sandwich dipping! Was smooth thick and creamy. A perfect flavor. 

 The atmosphere of course was perfect each time. The service was great. I recommend it!

 This is not the best place for the dining credit use but it comes out average worth, so it is not a loss to use here. You could find another dining location to get more worth in your credits. Keep in mind,, the worth sometimes is in the food and not necessarily the credit! SO , this place was worth the credit in my opinion.

 I have been watching and reading the reviews on this restaurant closely.
First read about The Edison coming, I was beyond excited.
I love steam punk theming coupled with the Jazz era made for a more unique entertainment offer.  Definitely a new spirit Disney Springs could really use (Main entertainment provided at night)

 First reviews rolled in and they were disappointing but then I did remember most new restaurants have hiccups they must work out before becoming outstanding. I was hoping this would be the case.

 More recent reviews have been very good!!

 Luckily, a friend of mine tried it out and gave a first hand review of it!

Entire Meal was really good, from appetizers, to entree & to dessert!

 (with the Dining plan, don't forget to enjoy your free cocktail & dessert with your meal)

 Not only was the food super yummy & plentiful but it was also spectacularly presented!

virtual Run Disney review from Dealing with Disney

I decided to finally see what the virtual Disney Runs were all about. A friend of mine told me she signed up. She wanted to keep her momentum going which inspired me to look into as well. I have learned to love the Run Disney events. It appears they offer seasonal Virtual events options from the Run Disney website. (see link HERE ) There were 3 races available to choose from or a full circuit registration containing all 3 races. This came with a bonus medal as well.  Each event was $45.00 and the combined package was $145.00. This was more $$ obviously but ok, I can see they have added in the cost of the extra medal you earn. What does this get me or should I say, what do I get out of this event? I can see the Disney love of just doing it for Disney,  doing it for the medal or doing it to keep momentum of working towards goals. All options seemed very reasonable to me and got me excited, therefore I signed up for the gauntlet. My friend pointed out her whole family

Walt Disney World Halloween 2020 re-opening experiences by Dealing with Disney

My review from my latest Disney world experience.   This trip was definitely not one of my favorites! Before you read all my cons.. .Keep  in mind, I still enjoyed this trip.  The main point of this is to have proper expectation for your needs/stay. If you go into a park without proper expectation, it can really throw your trip OFF!  We had some great moments. We had some rest spots - drinks - treats which were nice.   One amazing PLUS: The security checks are a breeze now! No lie.. their big concern are umbrellas and water bottles (metal ones) tend to set off the machines. They ask for those to be pulled out of back packs but all other items you can walk through with!  I loved still having the time to appreciate the little things in the park that we take for granted. The craftsmanship in all the art around the park/architecture , the plant life every where!   I will be honest, part of the reason was due to my own family! Hey, I always like to keep It real-in perspective we shall say.
