Wild Africa Trek at Disney's Animal Kingdom

I greatly enjoyed Disney's Wild Africa Trek Tour!!
Located at Animal Kingdom. You check in directly next to KilimanjaroSafari queue if tour time is after park hours. If tour starts prior to park hours, check in at Guest services by Front gate.
The tour lasts 3 hours, comes with a light meal & provides two main guides along with other specialists that join in at different points. This provides so much more information regarding species. Q&As are provided.

Example. Learned they are trying to let nature happen with the rhinos. 3 females want nothing to do with 1 male. They stay firm together constantly blocking all attempts. Right after we heard his story, the male went to them. They all got up,standing tight side by side. They took turns slightly Charging the male in a stance of defiance. After many scuffles the male gave up with a strong pout. He ran off. It was a sight to see!
$189.00-$249.00 per adult. This does not include the cost of your theme park ticket.
It also includes a downloadable picture package. They take pictures of the animals and each guest.

This is a higher price tour. I do think it's worth the experience.
The light meal provided is hosted in the middle of the savanna. Great views of the animals.
Our tour guides were fabulous. When you want to know where the coolest designed bathroom is, This is where you will find it! I didn't take a picture of it, you will have to take tour to see it.

Safety is first! Your are well cared for during this tour. You do need to be mobile however to partake in it. Fellow tourist with us was also a cast member! We had a great time talking to him!! It was his third time enjoying the tour!
Lucky dog!

You are also given a strap for your cellphone to keep (if you don't already have one), a cool Metal water bottle as a souvenir, a picture package, meal, sunglass straps(to keep). You will be provided a head piece to hear the tour guide and a vest to secure belongings. If you have bigger items, you will be able to store in a secure locker. They do weigh you prior to suiting up in harness/gear for the trek.

The cost range depends on the season. Pass members do get a discount but is only for certain timed tours(Starting at 11:45am).

Tour times: 8am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 10:15am, 11:45am, 12:30pm
Please enjoy my picture. Unfortunately, pictures never do its justice of true nature.
