Goofy's Candy Company is a must visit


A Candy store located in Disney Springs (marketplace side-close to Rainforest Cafe) has fun fanciful candies you always want form homemade Fudges to the amazingly crafted candy apples.

 They have a fun 'carnival' mirror in there as well to add a little fun photo op/memory!

 Create a mix bag to go! It is about average price for candy by the pound.

 This is a great place to use your snack credits for some amazing treats. You can watch as they craft their art daily at this location.

 Sample some of their amazing flavored Icees! I love an Icee but usually don't like a full cups worth. My family can down a giant cup though!

 Did you know, this location also has a party room?! YES they do!! If you are lucky enough to be local or have a large family gathering planned for a child's special day, this may be a great option for you.

 Of, course like any place, the best time to visit without crowd is at opening

 Check the Disney APP for most current hours. I have gone when it is crazy busy and also when no ones is there. In the early morning, usually no one is there. Late evenings are also not quite as crowded since the majority of the crowds at night are older.

 Something about Candy stores just gets me all giddy!!!

 Of course, if you like a little of the villain side, you can visit The Candy Cauldron located on newer west side of Disney Springs near AMC theatre. Here you can find the villain inspired treats. This location is quite smaller with less options but still just as delectable.

 Go for a visit! I guarantee you will love it.

virtual Run Disney review from Dealing with Disney

I decided to finally see what the virtual Disney Runs were all about. A friend of mine told me she signed up. She wanted to keep her momentum going which inspired me to look into as well. I have learned to love the Run Disney events. It appears they offer seasonal Virtual events options from the Run Disney website. (see link HERE ) There were 3 races available to choose from or a full circuit registration containing all 3 races. This came with a bonus medal as well.  Each event was $45.00 and the combined package was $145.00. This was more $$ obviously but ok, I can see they have added in the cost of the extra medal you earn. What does this get me or should I say, what do I get out of this event? I can see the Disney love of just doing it for Disney,  doing it for the medal or doing it to keep momentum of working towards goals. All options seemed very reasonable to me and got me excited, therefore I signed up for the gauntlet. My friend pointed out her whole family

Walt Disney World Halloween 2020 re-opening experiences by Dealing with Disney

My review from my latest Disney world experience.   This trip was definitely not one of my favorites! Before you read all my cons.. .Keep  in mind, I still enjoyed this trip.  The main point of this is to have proper expectation for your needs/stay. If you go into a park without proper expectation, it can really throw your trip OFF!  We had some great moments. We had some rest spots - drinks - treats which were nice.   One amazing PLUS: The security checks are a breeze now! No lie.. their big concern are umbrellas and water bottles (metal ones) tend to set off the machines. They ask for those to be pulled out of back packs but all other items you can walk through with!  I loved still having the time to appreciate the little things in the park that we take for granted. The craftsmanship in all the art around the park/architecture , the plant life every where!   I will be honest, part of the reason was due to my own family! Hey, I always like to keep It real-in perspective we shall say.
