Dealing with Disney and my experience with the Disney Early Morning Magic Fantasyland event offer

I finally had a chance to firsthand experience the
Disney Early Morning Magic-Fatansyland Event offer.

This is a ticketed event. At time of event, it was $89.99 PLUS a valid Day ticket.
Ticket event is from 7:45am to 10am

What does this cover?

It provides early entrance (7:30am) check in, a buffet breakfast and free range to Fantasyland for about 1.25 hour prior to park opening.
It is available most Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays..

I had a hard time with justifying the cost on this. I keep going back and forth with it.
I find the After Hour events more valuable, you do pay more for those but you get more hours with it.

Here is what we did!
Pretty much there was zero wait for each attraction. Some showed a posted wait time but it was never the time it said.

7:45am Rode 7 Dwarf Mine Train
8 pooh
8:06 Peter pan
8:11 small world   Time wise. This was a Mistake to ride. Takes longest. Mainly because the boarding-unboarding process is so slow. We had to wait for so many empty boats to go through the ride boarding station. BUT at same time, I had to ride this classic!!!
8:32 carousel
8:42 little mermaid
8:50 tea cups

Ok.. At this point -after this attraction, regular park hours opened (9am). We could see the regular guests waiting for the rope drop into fantasyland. We had to wait next to Speedway to get into Tomorrowland. When we were allowed entry, we could see all those guests that had been waiting for rope drop heading quickly to Space Mountain. It was kind of fun to watch the 'rush'

9:01buzz lightyear.

Time for Mickey waffle sleepy hollow

9:28 BTMR done at 9/39

9:45 ate free buffet
(buffet ends at 10am) Buffet located at Cosmic Rays.. The attendants were NOT the friendliest.. I hope it was just an off day and not the norm. They had the plates (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes) ready to hand out at the counter area and then you could grab other items from Buffet bar Food was not the best. It was edible. I didn't walk away going, 'mmm-boy' but it was not bad. well maybe the sausage was?

So the only free thing we did NOT do that was part of the ticket event was meet the Princess at Fairytale Hall. I was ok with this. We could have easily but just did not feel the need.

So after the event was over, we enjoyed the park a little more before heading out.

Shopped

10:19 Haunted mansion 10:33 done

Off to Casey's for lunch Pre-ordered our meal via APP..  12:56pm

So lucky immediately found a table inside. So limited

1:06 received notification food ready

Went shopping. Grabbed some sorcerer cards. And left park. Boo
This was our return home traveling day.

So. I feel we got a lot of use from having the ticketed event. For a short trip experience and maximizing time, I would say this would be worth it. If you  will be at the resort grounds for extending length of stay, I would not necessarily recommend it.. But as always, to each their own.

Can provide GREAT photo opportunities as well.

I can also see how this could be a huge benefit for some with small kids. It is great for them, easy rides, no waits or crowds to bump into. Kids are up early anyway.. get it all in and go take a break at resort for midday.

My BIGGEST complaint on this: why would Dumbo or Barnstormer not be a part of it??? Or Pete's Sideshow meet and greet characters? Hello~~~ This IS part of Fantasyland and perfect for the little ones it is geared for. Oh well, They just didn't ask me my opinion I guess,

I Hope this helps!!

These people are regular park guests waiting for regular park hours to open. If you had a ticket event, you could ride the attraction immediately.. This line started from guests who may have had early event/dining reservations.

this was NOT free BUT I really wanted one!!!
